Meet the chef

Taylor Erby

“With our pizzas we do nothing normal.”

ShowStoppers started as Taylor's hobby in 2020, built on a 150-year-old Chicago dough recipe, and hit the road as a woman-owned, Midwest-style pizza and bakery on wheels. Four years of festivals and catering later, she runs private kitchens, wedding weeks and events out of Moab.

Everything is scratch-made daily. The cheese comes from Rocking W Dairy on Colorado's Western Slope. The BBQ comes off her own smokers.
